As we step into a new year, it’s time to reflect and set new goals. Last year Dec month, I challenged myself to walk 10,000 steps daily—and I successfully completed it. This year, I decided to level up and make it 11,000 steps.
11k steps may sound easy, but maintaining that streak requires discipline, consistency, and good health. Despite the odds, I managed to achieve it.
I also aimed to hit the gym regularly and managed 15 days before travel disrupted my routine. Some goals we achieve, some we miss—and that’s okay. After all, we’re human.
Here’s my message to you: If you can’t give one hour to your body, it’s just an excuse. Health is your first asset—take care of it. Life is busy, but look in the mirror and ask yourself: Am I really too busy for my health?
