5 km marathon

The adventure has begun again. Another chapter, another dawn, another chance to start afresh these marathons. Had to gather courage , infuse confidence to run this marathon.

This time, the battleground was Indiranagar, still half-asleep when I jolted awake at 4:30 am. The city was silent, but my mind was already buzzing with anticipation. I rushed to get ready, determined to reach on time… only to be greeted by the eternal truth of Indian events: they always start late πŸ˜Άβ€πŸŒ«οΈ 😏

But the real shock ? The tsunami of people.

A crowd so massive it felt like the entire city had decided to chase the sunrise with me. Seems Bangalore people r tired of visiting malls πŸ€ͺ..They are trying something new.

The morning air feels different on race day, as if the sky itself leans closer to watch you try.. Race kick starts at 6:50 am finally. The race erupts with a thundering πŸ’“ heartbeat. It was a run-walk-run for me.

Fatigue claws at your ribs , doubt hisses in your πŸ‘‚ and the road suddenly feels heavier  n infinite. But u refuse to kneel , a ferocious grit-forged rises  from your marrow . Okay enough of my poetry 😎πŸ€ͺ…

I was able to complete the race conveniently. Your legs feel heavier, but your spirit feels lighter after you cross that finishing line.

Guys It’s not about the medal πŸ…, it’s not about the timing. It’s about proving yourself that you can begin again, you can endure , stay fit as fiddle and fierce as πŸ”₯
