Last month challenge is complete. I could only complete 2 challenge successfully. And I failed miserably for the other two challenges. The two challenge which I could complete successfully was – (1) Daily walk of 10k steps (2) Cold shower for 31 days.

Failed mission – I literally failed to eat a clean diet. It’s okay ๐Ÿ™‚ Everyday I felt was a cheat day. And reading technical blogs and writing and posting – I could read for some days , wrote one odd blog I feel. So even I have to accept that I failed here as well.

Successful mission – Walking 10000 steps might be easy for some , while it can be tough for some. 10k steps is actually 7-8km. Even when I started this challenge, it was not much tough for me. It was not easy as well. But doing in day in day out at a streak of entire month was actually an uphill task. According to me , this is a small achievement as I didn’t miss a single day. so I have covered almost 250km in the entire month. so I can say this as ‘Bangalore to Chikkamagaluruโ€˜ distance. I think the cheat days are compensated by the amount of walk done (calorie burn) ๐Ÿ™‚

Cold Shower is not actually tough as I am habituated for past few years. But it is tough in winter season ๐Ÿฅถ๐Ÿ˜‘. So I have tried achieving 4 goals, but was able to complete it only 2 of it. 2025 will be again challenge of minimum 10-15 challenges.

What’s next ??

So there are three upcoming challenges.

  1. The 10k steps to continue for ๐Ÿ’ฏ days. So 69 more days to go. The challenge ends on March 10th. Again this seems to be a hard challenge.
  2. Bungee Jumping either in month of Jan/Feb. Not sure if I am acrophobic .. finally my go pro will be used after long time !! ๐Ÿซฅ As I have written about bungee jumping, there is no retreating back. ๐Ÿ™‚โ€โ†•๏ธ
  3. Gym for 90 days. Gym starts from 11th Jan. I know I will miss some days for sure. Target is to to miss as less days as possible. Hope less doesn’t become more ๐Ÿ˜‘.

Crazy herculean 90 days ahead.
