Well well well we are heading towards the end of the year . TIME for again the brutal challenge.
Last year I managed to complete the 10k steps challenge at a streak of 31 days.
1- Now let’s continue the same challenge. We will stick to same 10k steps at a streak of 31 days.
2- The second challenge is to go gym for 20 days out of 31 days.
3 – Reduce 3 hours of screen time (mobile)
Reducing screen time is really tough for me. So let me try to reduce 3 hours where no mobile will be used.
Again I will be honest with my attempt.
So all in for the last 31 days !!!! Let’s end with a high note to 2025.
