Realistic New Year Resolution- 2026

Wish u happy new year 🄳. Is my serotonin high šŸ˜Ž. Hope it stays the same throughout the year.
Turning a new leaf šŸƒ again.

It’s early morning, the fog is thick, and the chill in the air feels like nature whispering: ā€œNew beginnings await.ā€ Today, I’m writing down my resolutions—not just wishes, but commitments that will shape my year.

Let’s write āœļø some realistic resolution.

  1. Gym
    No excuses. 100 is the magic number. Even 15 days a month gets me there in 7 months. Fitness isn’t optional—it’s a promise to myself.
  2. Technical
    Knowledge compounds. 30 minutes a day for 300 days (allowing 65 days of break) will make me unstoppable. Technical growth is non-negotiable.
  3. Shredded look šŸ‘€
    Body fat to make it 12%. This seems challenging. Not sure If I can do it. I will give it a try as I wanted to hit this number once in my life.
  4. Visit 3 places in the year. Again it’s realistic .
  5. Read 5 self help books šŸ“š .Books change perspectives. Five powerful reads to sharpen my mind and fuel my growth.

Only 5 goals. Not a list of goals which I can’t achieve later.
