I am writing this blog in an early chill winter morning. A benign climate outside. I am not in the habit of waking up early in the morning, at cockcrow. I mean not a lark , early bird , morning person. I am trying my best though to correct my routine. Fine let’s not digress 😎. We are on the verge of completing this year.
After new year people make resolutions, buy planner ,hit gym for 15 days or month. 90 % people give up with the resolutions. So it’s a cycle 🔁.I count myself as well. We need to stick to the goals or else at least we need to fail better. This post is just to give 31 days hard challenge in the month of December . We will not wait till the 1st Jan dawn to make resolution, rather will make it from Dec 1st.
These are the 5 resolution for the month
1- Walk 10000 steps for 31 days
2- Eat healthy for 25 days , 5 cheat days allowed.
3- Read technical concept for 31 days , capture it somewhere (either blogs 📝 or videos)
4 – Cold shower for 31 days
Doesn’t look easy. Let’s try. I will come back and give the update on 1st Jan.
point number 1 and 3, I can post as a proof. Rest of the points u need to believe. If I fail , I will accept. But let’s not be pessimistic 🔥
I am writing this post on 24th Nov. I have 6 more days to gear up for the challenge. I need to be mentally strong well ahead to accept this challenge. So 6 days of relaxation 🫥
I removed one challenge on 30th Nov –> Eat no non-veg for the entire month 🙂 This looks tough , may be in the following month I will keep this challenge 🙂 Lets go !!!
